Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer $9.85 economy and 9.90 standard shipping* to all 50 states within the US including PO Boxes as well as APOs/FPOs and US territories.  Please note this does not include orders shipped to Canada.

Estimated delivery times are based on business days which are considered Monday-Friday and do not include holidays.

*Please note that this rate is only applicable to standard items.  Custom shipping rates will apply to over-sized items.

Domestic Processing Times

Standard Orders
For standard shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, our team will work to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 2 business days. Then, shipping time will take an additional 3 to 5 business days.

While we typically pack and ship orders the day they are received, please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays.  

Pick Up In-Store - Standard Orders

You can skip the shipping fees with free in store pickup!  After placing your order and selecting “local pickup” at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you should receive an email notification with your tracking number.

International Shipping.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@townsendmercantileco.com with your name and order number.
